Thank you to all of you who gave us your business last week! Brian so enjoys meeting new people and seeing old friends and acquaintances, and our expanding business is very exciting. Today we picked up our first all-beef pepperoni, and teriyaki beef jerky! We think they’ll make great snack foods.
The next meat run to the Okanagan will be next week, Lord willing, and to the Fraser Valley will likely be around May 18. We have a fresh supply of beef today, including lots of hamburger patties! The double wrapping on most of our meat means it should stay good in the freezer for a year, so even January’s products are still great, but we were sold out of a number of items.
In addition to our beef, we also have some home made tallow soap for sale. They are made from our grass-fed tallow, and are available in Sea Breeze (blue and white), Pumpkin Spice (brown and white), and Rancher Hands (contains crushed apricot kernels for some extra scrubbing power!)

These soaps are $4 each, and there are 8 of each available. Anne Marie really enjoyed making these soaps, and would like to make some pure, unscented tallow soap next time and see how that works out.
The younger farmers here enjoy creating various fun, useful and decorative pieces with the wood we have available. If you are interested in some hanging shelves, wooden spatulas, toy chain saws, or wood-burned wall hangings with Scripture verses on them, check back here on the blog before the next meat delivery!

One farmer girl also sells Watkins, so if you have need of some wonderful steak or hamburger seasonings, or any other Watkins products, let us know and we’ll bring you a catalogue.

We hope you’re all enjoying spring, and certainly many of you are dusting off your grills! If we can provide you with any beef to bbq let us know. As always, please use our contact form to ask questions or place orders, as this keeps us organized!
