I have had 2 requests for a blended ground beef and heart, liver and kidney mix. I’ve done some research and I should be able to go with a 75% ground beef and 25% organ meat…

The butcher requires a fee as he needs to clean the equipment once the liver and kidney go through…

Who is interested in this product?

Roughly how many lbs would you like?

Who will pay $12.50/lb for this product?

And last, what should I label the mix?
